With material extrusion of dryness, part of the dry degree of hydrophilic (water) can reach 20%-45%, but most of the content is in commonly 60%. Someone may said they can reach 30% dryness. Actually it’s a moment effect or with low capacity. Also, some discrepancy is very big, may be water test method is not the same.

The water content of dripping materials is generally more than 70%, and the general customers do not have professional moisture measuring instrument, which is not very accurate. So we can not completely use the pressure to measure whether the extrusion press is up to the standard or not, we need you mail the material for testing.

Small is no problem, but the water discharging will be affected. We will choose one that out of the water smoothly, less slag and aperture. Also don’t worry about too much slag at the same time, after all it is a solid liquid separator, not a filter. we will according to your request provide an online filter for coarse filter in order to achieve your requirements.

Hydraulic type although can be used, but not continuous. Cost time and labor. At the same time, after our actual measurement and comparison, because its press, wet in the middle, all around is dry, its dehydration rate or squeezing rate is not higher than our machine.
