Grape and Mulberry juice squeeze machine
The screw press machine is a continuously working juice squeeze machine. This machine is a solid liquid separation machine for materials containing certain fiber or viscous. Such as fermented grapes, ginger, spinach, rubber, Chinese herbs, winter dates, sea buckthorn berry. The sieve holes are specially made according to the size of sea buckthorn.
Here, let’s get to know screw press working process: the material entering the bin is pushed by the screw conveyor, under the action of the resistance of the screen wall and the cone body, the liquid (juice) contained in the material is squeezed out, and concentrated in the juice hopper. The squeezed fruit residue is discharged from the machine through the end of the sieve cylinder and the conical body. The rear of the conical body is equipped with a spring, which can change the discharge resistance and the size of the slag outlet by adjusting the pre-loading force and position of the spring, and is used to adjust the degree of dry and wet pressing.
Handling capacity in 5t/h 10t/h, 20t/h screw press machine has opposite rotation direction. The pressing force on the material is large and uniform, the cone of the slag outlet is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure effect on the material can be changed by adjusting the oil pressure and the juice yield.
The screw press dewatering machine can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other materials, the effect is different due to the different quality of materials. The feed box, screen cylinder and screw of this machine are made of 304 stainless steel material.
