What are the reasons when the screw press machine slow down？
The screw press machine is composed of feeding area, screw working area, drainage pipe area and discharging area. When the slag material enters the material area, the solid fiber materials is separated in the dewatering area according to the spiral extrusion pressure, and the sewage is discharged from the drainage area.
So what are the reasons when the screw press machine slow down？
1.If the screw press operates at a slow speed under normal standards without destroying components, but it cannot achieve the predicted dehydration effect. That means the capacitor of the equipment is small, you need replace it to the large power capacitor.
2.The device parts can operate normally, but cannot operate quickly after a period of application. May be because the power capacitor is leaking water, so you need change a new power capacitor.
3.Another reason is that the main shaft bearing of the equipment is very loose or the main shaft bearing brake system is too tight. So you need to either firmly immobilize the main shaft bearing or adjust the copper sheet of the brake system again for adjustment.
