Zhongtian xinghuo machinery factory screw press dehydrator is mainly used for the dehydration and reduction of paste fiber materials, which can be widely used in alcohol factory, fine chemical feed, power plant, paper mill and other industries.
It is used for the separation of solid and liquid containing certain fiber materials, such as the dehydration treatment of potato skins, wine lees, cassava residue and other materials. The water content of the dehydrated material is less than 60% (adjustable).
It’s function is different from horizontal screw machine, filter press, vacuum suction filter and ordinary screw press. This screw press dehydrating machine can be operated continuously, at the same time achieve the required dehydration rate.
The principle of the screw press machine
The machine is divided into three working stages, feeding section, extrusion section and discharging section.
Through the effective coordination of the internal screw with the screen and the rear tail vertebrae, the material forms an extruded layer to achieve the purpose of work. Among them, the spiral structure is not a simple variable diameter or variable distance, the minimum screen spacing can be 0.1mm.
