Fiber crusher is used for crushing all kinds of dry and wet fiber materials and large mass rhizome materials. Especially when crushing wet fiber materials, it won’t be winding, blocking and jamming. Working principle
The fiber crusher uses a high-speed rotating blade to break materials. It is composed of feeding belt conveyor, rotor, blade, washboard, screw conveyor discharging and frame. Dry or wet materials transported by belt conveyor to the crushing chamber formed by the rotor, blade and washboard, under the action of high speed blade cutting, the material is broken to the required particle size and falls down to the discharge screw conveyor. Finally, materials will be sent to designated place by screw conveyor.

1. Kitchen waste, fruit and vegetable waste, vegetable tail and other organic solid waste;
