Working Principle

This continuous screw press is designed based on the incremental compression principle, utilizing the coordinated action of the feed hopper, screw, screen, and discharge cone. Material is evenly fed into the inlet via a pump or auger. As the screw rotates, it compresses the material, forcing liquid through the screen into a collection tray below. The dewatered residue is then conveyed via a belt to a designated location.
