Spiral Extrusion Separator
The screw juicer is a special juicer for wine. The whole machine adopts the principle of superimposed compression to squeeze grapes slowly and continuously, which reducing manpower input. It does not heat up during the squeeze process and can well maintain the taste of grape juice; The juice extraction rate can reach about 75%, which improves the utilization rate of raw materials.
The spiral juicer can work alone, or it can be used in conjunction with our company's cleaning machines, scraper conveying equipment, crushers, destemmers, screw pumps, etc. to form a production line.

Working principle
The dewatering screw press is designed according to the superposition compression principle, mainly achieves the purpose of material press separation by the cooperation of the feeding box, spiral, screen stencil and tail cone.
Material to be treated is uniformly transported to the inlet of the dewatering screw press equipment, by means of a pump or a spiral conveyor, filtered by a spiral blade and screen, then water or juice is collected through a sieve to a water tray below the machine.
After being taken up by the pipeline, the slag separated by the press is conveyed to the storage place through the conveyor belt.
