Dewatering Screw Press ZTZY-400
This is a fully sealed screw press dehydrator, it can be used to deal with materials containing alcohol solvent.
The machine is equipped with explosion-proof motor. We reserved a extraction holes and promise all connection are fully sealed, the whole machine contact material part are food grade 304 stainless steel material. It’s pneumatic back pressure on the back end, which can flexibly adjust the pressure size, and extend long service life.
This design effectively avoid the situation of no discharge due to weak materials or uneven discharge dryness due to aging of back pressure parts.

Working principle
The dewatering screw press is designed according to the superposition compression principle, mainly achieves the purpose of material press separation by the cooperation of the feeding box, spiral, screen stencil and tail cone.
Material to be treated is uniformly transported to the inlet of the dewatering screw press equipment, by means of a pump or a spiral conveyor, filtered by a spiral blade and screen, then water or juice is collected through a sieve to a water tray below the machine.
After being taken up by the pipeline, the slag separated by the press is conveyed to the storage place through the conveyor belt.
Material to be treated is uniformly transported to the inlet of the dewatering screw press equipment, by means of a pump or a spiral conveyor, filtered by a spiral blade and screen, then water or juice is collected through a sieve to a water tray below the machine.
After being taken up by the pipeline, the slag separated by the press is conveyed to the storage place through the conveyor belt.
Application
It is a customized screw press extruder with unique design, specially for the treatment of flammable, explosive, volatile and odorous materials. Such as Xanthan gum, carrageenan. The whole machine can be customized according to customer needs, matching production needs before and after the production line. It can achieve continuous feeding at the same time, but also to ensure extrusion dryness.
